Due to Brookswood consisting of almost exclusively single family homes, there are not many condos available, if at all. There is one new condo building and a few smaller apartments above some of the retail and commercial units. These are not available very often, so if you are looking for a condo in a neighbourhood that feels like Brookswood, we suggest looking a little further north, in the southern most portion of Langley City.
